What is Decantr
Pairing as craft, not algorithm.
Decantr is a wine pairing engine for hospitality, sommeliers, and small distributors. Instead of tags and keywords, Decantr works with harmonised taste profiles that we curated from eight data sources. The result is a recommendation with reasoning, not a guess.

Good pairings come from taste, not keywords. Decantr matches profile against profile, not label against label. What we built should feel like an experienced sommelier, not a filter form.
